About
Judgment first. Then real work.
puls is an AI education organisation for students and teachers. We teach AI with judgment, then put it to work on real problems, and we hope to help the most promising ideas go further.
The tools arrived before the guidance.
Students now have more AI tools than any generation before them, and very little guidance on using them well. Used carelessly, the tools wear away the understanding and creativity school is meant to build.
At the same time, students in Lebanon rarely get real work experience, while the communities around them are full of small problems nobody fixes.
Yet AI is moving faster than any classroom, and we see it as an opportunity to embrace, not a threat to contain. Fixing a small problem used to take money and expertise; AI has made both far more accessible. The people who could use it were simply never shown how.
puls exists to change that: to build students’ judgment through practice, not demonstrations, and to put AI to work on real problems. Fewer demos. More things that work.
Mission and vision
Our mission
To equip students and educators with the knowledge, judgment, and practical skills to use AI responsibly.
Our vision
To build an educational ecosystem where learning leads to real solutions and promising ideas have the opportunity to grow.
Beyond the showcase.
Our ambition is for the most promising work students do with puls to keep going after the course ends. As we grow, we intend to support it in three ways.
Mentoring
Guidance for student teams whose ideas show real promise.
Partnerships
Working with schools and organisations that share our aims.
Room to grow
Help to turn the strongest ideas into solutions people use.
