The challenge

During Hajj, millions of pilgrims move between holy sites in demanding conditions, where timely care matters most.

The approach

Clinics placed to close gaps in access to care, combining accessible models of care with connected, AI-enabled tools: multilingual communication, ambient clinical documentation, telehealth access to physicians and emerging clinical decision support.

The application

AML clinics were deployed with healthcare providers at key sites in Makkah and Madinah for Hajj 2026, and featured in MBC’s coverage from Madinah.
